Account & Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your EazyPeazzy account and the personal data associated with it.
After we verify your request, we will permanently delete your data unless we must retain some information for legal or security reasons.
What will be deleted?
- User profile (name, phone, email if provided)
- Service activity (e.g. reviews, vendor profile data you submitted)
- Device identifiers and notification tokens
Some records may be retained as required by law (e.g., fraud prevention, chargeback, or tax records).
Submit a deletion request
Verification & timeline
We may contact you at the phone or email provided to verify your identity.
After verification, deletion typically completes within 30 days.
