EazyPeazzy is a brand operated by Promentum Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India.
By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform.

Service Providers may be independent third parties and are generally not employees, agents or representatives of Promentum Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a contract for the actual provision of a third-party service is between the User and the applicable Service Provider.
EazyPeazzy may facilitate discovery, communication, scheduling, project management, payments, reviews, information exchange or other technology-enabled activities but does not automatically become a party to every transaction between a User and Service Provider.
Where applicable, EazyPeazzy may display information relating to Service Providers, including business name, contact information, ratings, reviews, pricing, service descriptions, qualifications, photographs or other information.
Users should review relevant Service Provider information before engaging a Service Provider.
Service Providers are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit to the Platform, subject to applicable law and EazyPeazzy's verification processes.
Services available through EazyPeazzy may vary by location, availability, Service Provider and business requirements.
A service request, quotation, booking or enquiry submitted through the Platform does not necessarily constitute acceptance of a contract until the applicable Service Provider confirms the engagement.
Specific transaction terms, quotations, invoices, service agreements or other documents may apply in addition to these Terms.
Prices and estimates displayed on the Platform may be indicative unless expressly identified as final prices.

Users should obtain and review the final quotation or agreement from the relevant Service Provider before commencing work.
EazyPeazzy may provide tools for home planning, construction planning, project tracking, cost estimation, material estimation, labour estimation, timelines, designs, processes and related information.
Such information is intended for general planning and informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for professional architectural, structural, engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional approvals, permissions, drawings, structural certifications, local authority approvals and other requirements applicable to their project.
EazyPeazzy may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, algorithms and automated technologies to generate recommendations, designs, classifications, estimates, project plans, search results or other information.
AI-generated or automated information may contain errors or omissions and should be independently reviewed before being relied upon.
AI-generated estimates are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of actual project cost, quantity, duration, quality or outcome.
Where online payment functionality is available, payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers.
Applicable charges may include service charges, platform fees, convenience fees, taxes, GST, cancellation charges or other applicable charges.
The applicable amount and applicable charges will be displayed to the User where required before completion of the relevant transaction.
EazyPeazzy does not store complete payment-card information where such information is handled by authorised third-party payment processors, except where legally permitted and required for the operation of the Platform.
Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the applicable service, Service Provider, transaction and payment arrangement.
Where a specific cancellation or refund policy is displayed before a transaction, that policy will apply to that transaction subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer's statutory rights under applicable Indian law.
EazyPeazzy seeks to provide consumers with accurate and relevant information regarding services offered through the Platform.
Where applicable, information relating to prices, taxes, cancellation, refund, delivery or service terms, payment methods, warranty or guarantee and grievance mechanisms may be made available in accordance with applicable law.
Users retain rights available to them under applicable consumer protection laws of India.
Users may submit photographs, videos, documents, comments, reviews, project information, drawings, designs, notes or other content through the Platform.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant EazyPeazzy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain and improve the Platform and its Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.
Users may be permitted to provide ratings, reviews and feedback.
Reviews must represent the User's genuine experience and must not contain fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, misleading or defamatory content.
EazyPeazzy may moderate, restrict or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The EazyPeazzy name, logo, application, website, software, designs, graphics, text, trademarks, service marks and other Platform intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Promentum Technologies Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.
No ownership rights are transferred to you by these Terms.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the Platform or its proprietary content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
EazyPeazzy may collect and process personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws of India.
Our Privacy Policy forms an important part of these Terms and explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, disclosed and otherwise processed.
The Platform may integrate with or provide links to third-party websites, applications, payment providers, communication services, mapping services, analytics providers and other third-party services.
Such third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. EazyPeazzy is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required under applicable law.
We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Platform from time to time for operational, technical, security, legal or business reasons.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, information and services made available through the Platform are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We do not guarantee that all information will always be accurate, complete, current or suitable for every User or project.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, warranty, liability or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Promentum Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under applicable law.
In relation to services independently provided by third-party Service Providers, the Service Provider remains responsible for the actual performance, quality and delivery of that service, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Promentum Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable expenses arising from:
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where reasonably necessary due to violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, security concerns or other legitimate reasons.
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
Termination will not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination or provisions which by their nature should survive termination.

Where applicable under Indian law, EazyPeazzy will maintain and operate an appropriate grievance redressal mechanism and process complaints in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory statutory rights and remedies available to Users, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, India.
If you have a complaint, concern, or dispute regarding the Platform or Services, we encourage you to first contact EazyPeazzy so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional transaction-specific terms or policies expressly referenced by EazyPeazzy, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of the Platform.
